Stop for a moment and think...
Where did they come from?
How many struggles have you fought?
How much hunger did they go through?
How many wars have they ever lived?
How many vicissitudes did our ancestors survive?
On the other hand, how much love, strength, joys and encouragement did we bequeathed?
How much of their strength to survive, each of them had and left within us so that today we are alive.
We only exist thanks to everything that each of them has gone through.
It is our duty to honor our ancestors!

Eagles
By the age of 40, the eagle's claws become too long and supple, and it cannot grab its prey with it. Its beak becomes too long and curved, preventing it from eating. The feathers on its wings and chest become too thick and heavy and prevent it from flying. The eagle is now faced with a choice: either death, or a long and painful period of change, lasting 150 days...
It flies to its nest on the top of the mountain and beats its beak against the rock for a long time until the beak breaks and comes off... Then it waits for a new beak to grow and tear its claws out.
When new claws grow, the eagle pulls out its over-heavy plumage on its chest and wings... And then, after 5 months of pain and torment, with a new beak, claws and plumage, the eagle is reborn and can live for another 30 years...
Very often, in order to live, we have to change, sometimes this process is accompanied by pain, fear, doubts...
We get rid of memories, habits and traditions from the past... Only freeing ourselves from the burden of the past allows us to live and enjoy the present and prepare ourselves for the future...
No matter what stage of life you are at, I wish you courage and strength to constantly change.

"Since Universe is Energy, part of the process of understanding,

least as I experience it, is to learn to ‘see’ flows of energy and

Hologram event horizon
Sure, you can see the 2D rectangle of colors, but can you see deeper? Counting color patches in the featured image, you might estimate that the most information that this 2D digital image can hold is about 60 (horizontal) x 50(vertical) x 256 (possible colors) = 768,000 bits. However, the yet-unproven Holographic Principle states counter-intuitively the information in a 2D panel can include all of the information in a 3D room that can be enclosed by the panel. The principle derives from the idea that the Planck length, the length scale where quantum mechanics begins to dominate classical gravity, is one side of an area that can hold only one bit of information. The limit was first postulated by physicist Gerard Hoooft in 1993. It can arise from generalizations from seemingly distant speculation that the information held by a black hole is determined not by its enclosed volume but by the surface area of its event horizon. The term "holographic" arises from a hologram analogy where three-dimension images are created by projecting light through a flat screen. Beware, some people staring at the featured imagemay not think it encodes just 768,000 bits -- nor even 2563,000 bit permutations -- rather they might claim it encodes a three-dimensional teapot.
